Hi, I’m Michelle, the first professionally accredited female cuddle therapist in the Czech Republic. For the past ten years, I’ve been dedicated to supporting people on their personal journeys.
I’ve been fortunate to experience what it’s like to be in a space filled with unconditional acceptance. That experience deeply influenced me and inspired me to share it with others. I discovered cuddle therapy as a unique way to create a safe, nurturing environment where people can let go of their worries, feel truly accepted, and cared for.

Each session is tailored to your individual needs, but generally:
We start with a conversation and tuning into each other. I will answer any questions and ease any concerns you may have. We can incorporate breathing or movement exercises. When you feel ready, we can move on to hugging. During the hugging, we can also listen to music or watch your favorite movie/series. The session is a safe space where you are accepted with everything that makes you who you are.
